This contest is open to all registered Sunway World Club online members who are Malaysian citizens. All Sunway Lagoon employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. Failure to provide true and accurate information will automatically disqualify the contestants from participating in the contest. |

All entries must be submitted online via here. |

Only votes cast for Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd via this website will be eligible. |

Winners are judged based on the highest cast votes by their referrals during the contest period. In the event of a tiebreaker, participants with earlier entry submissions number of cast will be entitled for the prizes. |

Contestants who do not follow the contest rules and regulations or participate in the contest via own written scripts or public available tools will be
disqualified and blacklisted. |

The judges' decisions are final. No correspondents will be entertained. |

Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. |

All winners will be notified via email in July / August 2010. Please ensure e-mail addresses submitted are valid. Winners must be in contact with Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd (via phone or email) within 7 days upon receiving the notification email. If Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd does not receive any reply within 7 days from the date notification being sent out, the winner will be disqualified. Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd shall, at its own discretion, will select an alternate winner in the event of non-compliance of this terms and conditions. |

Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd will make every reasonable effort to notify winners. Winners are responsible for their own prize collection. Prizes that remain unclaimed by the winners within the THREE (3) MONTHS period mentioned in the notification e-mail will be forfeited. |

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. |

Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to change any aspect of the Contest or terminate the contest anytime by placing a notice within the same general area in which the contest was announced.

Ticket Prizes to Sunway Lagoon and/or the exclusive invites to MTV World Stage or its post party are strictly NOT FOR SALE or RE-SALE. |

The collection of prizes can only be made from Sunway Lagoon Ticket Counters. |

Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd holds the rights to change the offered prizes with prizes of equal value without prior notice to the public. |

Should there be a change of venue for MTV World Stage 2010 Post Party, Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd will update the respective winners via www.sunwaylagoon.com. No prior notice to respective winners shall be consulted. |

All Exclusive Invitations to MTV World Stage 2010 or its post party will only be awarded to the winners two (2) weeks prior to the MTV World Stage 2010 in July / August 2010. |

By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to allow his/her name or photographs to be published on this website and other medias like the newspapers, magazines, newsletters and other related mediums. |
