• This E-Ticket(s) is only valid on the selected date of visit and no exchange of date is allowed.
• The Cabana rental is not inclusive of admission ticket.
• The Cabana Key can be redeemed at the dedicated counters using the PDF E-Ticket(s) :
– Surf Beach Cabana : Locker rental counter at Surf Beach
– Lake Kariba Cabana : Tube rental counter at Malicove
– Cabana @ Campout : Oasis counter at Sunway Lost Lagoon
• No exchange of Cabana types or Cabana area will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase.
• Rental time will be from 10am – 5.30pm.
• Cabana Key must be returned before 6.00pm to claim the refund of the deposit.
• Maximum of 8 pax in Family Cabana and 4 pax in Standard Cabana.
• This E-Ticket(s) is not valid with any other discount vouchers, promotional coupons or offers.
• No exchange, revalidation, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstances. No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
