ABOUT THE ROLE:

To operate amusement park rides at Sunway Lagoon and comply to SOP.
Ensure amusement park rides are clean and safe for guests.
To inform customers on ride procedures courteously, ensure customers safety at all times and to report on any safety hazards to your supervisor immediately.
To delight customers ensuring them a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicating in a polite manner and exercising good guest relations skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible to ensure the customer is wearing a valid and correct wristband, assist in wristband banding and scanning at the entrance scanner; ensure no outside food, drinks, surfing/body boards to be brought into the park.
You will be responsible to assist in scanning and removing wristband at Exit turnstile to prevent re-entering or recycling of wristband.
You are also expected to delight customers by ensuring them a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicate in a polite manner and exercising graceful guest relation skills.
You will need to attend to customer needs, handle guest related issues including Lost & Found items, feedback and complaints, as well as have a good product knowledge to explain on activities and promotions in the park.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Participate in all park shows performances such as Variety dance shows, theatre, and new shows production.
To participate in clown act, costume character, mascots for a photo op, and any other animation requirement.
To organize and conduct beach and pool sport-based activities, to assist in group function (family day) by conducting Carnival Games (tele matches).
To perform park broadcasting duties. Being a host / MC for in-house functions and conducting game shows. This may include training for any new dance routine or random street acts depending on event, seasonal and festive requirement.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You are responsible to ensure function / kitchen / outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
You need to ensure that all rental / loan of equipment are recorded accordingly with proper documentation.
To ensure all catering equipment are maintained and kept clean.
Monitor the quality of the product and service provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible to set up Food & Beverages (F&B) stall and kiosk, assist in F&B Kiosk operation as well as involve as front-of-house staff.
You must be creative, strong communication skills and has the ability to upsell F&B products.
You must have a thorough working knowledge of the Sunway Lagoon safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Expected to carry out and ensure smooth cashier-related process and accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Create illustrations/graphic design/photo and video editing based on guide and within the constraints of costs and time.
Assist photographer with photo/video sessions during events or product photos, including equipment preparation, area scout, props.
Follow up and supervise the installation of signboards/visuals around the theme parks.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

To create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, internal company announcement videos, and other company-wide projects. From concept to completion, this individual proposes creative concepts, filming styles, brand narratives, and deliverables based on business objectives.
Execute and direct photos and video shoots for press announcements surrounding new events, attraction launches, and zoological milestones like animal births.
Provide assets for Advertising / Brand and Consumer Activation use including out-of-home billboards, boosted social media content, retail and media promotions, in-park signage, event/sales collateral, and park gift shops.
Direct and produce b-roll shoots for seasonal events and attraction openings.
Create working photo archives/library and ensure such archives are updated and organized for access and retrieval by supervisors and/or designated team members.

To maintain and to repair park rides, equipment and facilities are safe and conducive to be used.
Responsible in conducting water pump maintenance, maintenance for water quality and chemical dosage system.

To inspect and maintain all park installations, function set up as well as pool maintenance and clearing.
Responsible to carry out woodwork, cementing work, welding and plumbing work.

You will be responsible to operate all Water Park slides and overseeing the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attractions to prevent accidents.
You will be expected to provide guidance as well as enforce Sunway Lagoon standard operation policies and procedures; provide First Aid attention when needed and assist guests in distress or facing difficulties.
