Terms & Conditions

The Quack Xpress is a charged service to Sunway Lagoon Malaysia’s guests. The price does not include the park’s admission tickets.
The holder of the Quack Xpress is allowed to have priority access to a maximum of 20 different rides and attractions listed below.
Certain rides and attractions may take time to access depending on seating capacity and time limitations.
Certain rides and attractions may have different restrictions on age, height or usage. Guests must comply with all the rules and regulations to be eligible.
The Quack Xpress is only valid on the date of entry and it is non-refundable.
Quack Xpress is non-transferable and only valid for the purchaser. (You will not be able to share the wristband with a companion.)
There is a limited number of available Quack Xpress pass in a day and sales may be suspended at any time without prior notice.
Non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash & not applicable with other ongoing offers, events and/or promotions.
Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or to terminate the Quack Xpress at any time without prior notice.
Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to close any of the listed rides or attractions for maintenance or any other reasons without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, the decision of Sunway Lagoon Malaysia shall be FINAL.
