STEAMED FISH

What can you cook with Sunway Lagoon First Draw Soy Sauce?

Ingredients:

• Fish 1.2kg
• Sunway Lagoon First Draw Soy Sauce 6 tablespoon
• Ginger 50g
• Coriander Leaves 30g
• Garlic 50g
• Spring Onion 20g
• Red Chilli 10g
• Olive Oil 15ml

How to cook :

1. Wash and clean the fish, then remove all the scales.

2. Next, place the fish on a steam tray and add in Sunway Lagoon First Draw Soy Sauce with Olive oil.

3. Steam the fish at medium heat for about 20 minutes.

4. Prepare and add in the vegetables and continue steaming the fish for another 2 minutes.

5. Ready to serve!

HALF-BOILED EGG

What can you cook with Sunway Lagoon First Draw Soy Sauce?

Ingredients:

• 3 Telur Kampung (Eggs)
• Sunway Lagoon First Draw Soy Sauce

How to cook :

1. Wash the egg and set aside.

2. Preheat a pot of water to boiling point. Follow the instructions below for your preference of how you want the egg to be done.

3. Check egg temperature
• 6 minutes. A liquid yolk and soft white. This is perfect for egg served in an egg cup.

• 6 1/2 minutes. A soft, jammy yolk. This is perfect for eggs on toast or soft boiled eggs on a salad.

• 8 minutes. A soft yolk but firm enough to hold its own.

• 10 minutes. The early stages of a hard-boiled egg, with a smudge of softness in the middle.

• 12 minutes. A hard-boiled egg with lighter yolk.

• 14 minutes. Your traditional hard-boiled egg with the lightest yolk and firm white, but not overcooked.

4. Add in an amount of Sunway Lagoon First Draw Soy Sauce of your choice.

5. Ready to serve!
