  1. Live Stream Prize Giveaway Session Dates:

  • Sunway Theme Parks- Malaysia Attraction Pass Live Session 4 April 2026 (10 P.M.-11 P.M.)
  • Sunway Pyramid Mall Live Session 5 April 2026 (7 P.M. – 8P.M.)
  • Sunway Resort & Hotel MEGA Hour Live Session 7 April 2026 (12 P.M. – 1 P.M.)
  • Sunway X Farms Live Session 8 April 2026 (3 P.M. – 3:30 P.M.)
  • Sunway Winstar MEGA Hour Live Session 9 April 2026 (12 P.M. – 1 P.M.)

  1. Live Stream Prize Giveaway Breakdown, A total of 30 prizes will be distributed per session, selected randomly across the following four (4) platforms:
  • Facebook @SunwayLagoonStudios
  • Instagram @sunwaylagoonmalaysia
  • BeLive- Sunway Super App
  • YouTube @SunwayLagoonStudios
  1. The Giveaway is open to participants who join and actively engage during official live streaming sessions on the designated social media platforms.
  2. Participants must ensure that their social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) are set to public for verification purposes. Entries from private accounts may be deemed invalid.
  3. All employees of Sunway Group and its related companies (Sunwayians) are not eligible to win any prizes in the Live Giveaway.
  4. Participants must watch the live streaming session and comment with the designated keyword announced during the broadcast, and only comments submitted within the participation period will be considered as valid entries. Multiple entries allowed.
  5. Participant is only allowed to win one (1) prize across all platform. Multiple winnings across the platform is not allowed and will result in forfeiture of prize without compensation. The Management reserves the right to draw a new replacement winner if deemed necessary.
  6. Winners will be selected at random, and the results will be announced one (1) day after the respective live streaming session via Sunway Theme Parks’ official social media platforms, namely Facebook (@SunwayLagoonStudios) and Instagram (@sunwaylagoonmalaysia), as well as Sunway Super App’s official social media platforms, namely Facebook (@sunwaysuperapp) and Instagram (@sunwaysuperapp).
  7. Winners must contact Sunway Theme Parks’ official social media pages via direct message, namely Facebook (@SunwayLagoonStudios) or Instagram (@sunwaylagoonmalaysia), within three (3) days from the date of the winner announcement to claim their prize, failing which the prize will be deemed forfeited. All communications will be conducted exclusively through Sunway Theme Parks’ official social media platforms.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  9. All prizes must be collected between 1st May 2026 and 30th July 2026. Winners are required to schedule their collection with Sunway Theme Parks at least three (3) working days in advance prior to the intended collection date. Any unclaimed prizes after the stated period will be forfeited without further notice.
  10. Prizes will be given out based on ‘As-Is’ condition and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted for cash or other items. The Management shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of the prize once it has been redeemed.
  11. All prizes must be redeemed in person at the Sunway Lagoon (Main Entrance, Sunway Theme Parks Kedai Runcit – Membership Counter).
  12. No delivery or postage services will be provided.
  13. The Management shall not bear any warranty, guarantee, or after-sales responsibility in relation to the prizes awarded under this giveaway.
  14. The Management reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from participants or winners for verification purposes.
  15. The Management reserves the right to reject any participation or prize claim that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  16. The Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  17. By participating in this Prize Giveaway, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
